I had to start a new post, the last one was very confusing and I being getting lots of PM's but Like I said I really will give some time to see if I can find someone that will consider having all 4 birds together. And if not possible will consider separating them,(hope I don't have to do that)I will also post in another forum that I'm member off. Thanks everyone and please help (advice).

Hello everyone,

I had posted the last month looking for a new forever home to my 4 birds. I did got many responses.....(but I was still trying to keep them). I did got someone from the board that sounded the perfect family for them. I choose this person over the other great ones because she was taking all 4 birds, which for me was wonderful. I can't get in touch w/ her anymore, she was traveling for the Holidays (Thanksgiving/Christmas)(but don't usually travel/and her husband will stay to care for her birds/ and the new ones was about to adopt)and I'm not sure if something happened to her or to a love one of her family. Because I don't see her on the board anymore and she haven't respont to my e-mails. Anyways I being waiting to speak w/ her for over 1 month now, and I'm afraid I can wait any longer. So here I'm again trying to see if someone on the board, which room for the 4 birds and love in their hearts for my babies.
I have a Blue female Quaker/ a Green Male Quaker and 2 Lovebirds. I'm asking for $350.00 for all of them and their cages. I live in NC. Please help.

Hi,

I have a sorta friend in upper NY (eh, are you in NC or NYC?) and she does have a tendency to rescue pets that need a home (and therefore has lost pets too, because she also sometimes takes in sad cases).

She seems to have r/toughened up a lot and I can't get a decent friendly "peep" out of her these days, but I am going to send her a message anyway just in case.

If I were in the US, I'd take them.

Hugs,

Ange

I would be interested in adopting the quakers. I live in Salisbury NC. You said they can be handled once they are out of their cage, do they talk at all? Also you said they are about three or four years old right?
Austin&Blue
Is it possible to just buy your blue quaker - we are looking for a mate for our male green 3 yr old quaker (Austin). If you have not already found homes for them? We had a blue female but she flew away - he was sad but is doing ok, but I think it would be best for him with a mate.

Thanks.

The last time I talked to Elaine she decided that she couldn't part with them. Her first post was started way back in December.
She had NO intention to seperate the Quaker's. She was worried about people doing that. Maybe you should send her a PM. I used to have her e-mail but lost in somewhere along the way. Good luck finding your Blue. wink.gif
