I have been trying to upload an avatar of my QP and I keep getting an error message that says 'the upload is greater than the limit the administration has set for your group'. huh.gif What does that mean, and how do I fix it so I can upload a picture of my TeiKei Byrd to my avatar? Any help you can give me will be deeply appreciated. unsure.gif

Save the picture you have and also a COPY of it in your pictures folder on your computer.
Now take the copy and re-size it to a small thumbnail size picture...maybe the tallest at 125 pixels? I can't remember what the rule is but you can keep resizing til it works.
Go HERE to resize it:

It can't be larger than 25 Kilobytes so the pixel size has to be small enough not to exceed that.

Try resizing it to about 320 px wide.

You can open the picture, right click on it, choose "Properties" and that will show you both the pixel size (height and width) and the memory size (bytes or kilobytes).
