I finally tried out a version of this recipie.

I used 4.5 oz of homemade cornbread mix (no sugar, and oat flour instead of wheat) and 6 eggs. I added 2 tbs of hand-feeding formula and 1/2 tsp of spirulina.
Not being a cook I had to google seperating eggs. I ended up with a yolk in the white but managed to whip the whites up with my blender. I added the yolks to the dry ingredients and made a rock hard dough ball, so I had to blend that in as well. Figured I had pretty much ruined it. Also pulverized the egg shells and put them in.
Baked at 350F for 25 min. It looks like a bread pudding, smells like french toast, feels like a sponge. They're all going wild.
Instead of cutting it up, I'm going to let it cool then run it through the food processor to make crumbs and freeze it that way.
