My two year old Quaker has now laid 5 eggs.
A couple of days ago, she started plucking her chest feathers.
She is very happy and minding her eggs.
She appears to roll the eggs under her while bobbing her head.
Then nibbles her chest a bit.

That's pretty typical behavior, she's plucking the feathers to expose the skin to aid in incubating the eggs better, more heat available.
Zeka doesn't have a mate does she? If she doesn't the eggs are infertile and will not hatch. She'll probably soon realize that they won't hatch and she will abandon them.
Make sure however that you have plenty of calcium sources for her, cuttle bone, crushed oyster shell, offer her lots of broccoli.

I believe that is called Brood Plucking and in most cases after they no longer need feathers for the "nest" this will stop.
And what Connie (Andie's Mom) Said!
