I have been talking to my 'tiels every morning, repeating the same thing. "Good morning pretty birds. Helloo pretty birds. " that kind of thing. Mist, our male, knows how to wolf whistle but he doesn't do it often. Today, I misted them down and Mist came over to me. I thought at first he sneezed but he did the same noise several times....I think he was trying to say something...maybe Mist..... because it sure was not a sneeze or any noise I have heard him make before. Equinox, the girl, just looks at me like I have an eye sprouting on my forehead when I talk to her laugh.gif

Well you never know, if you do the same thing for another day or two, and have the same reaction, you might well be on to something, fingers crossed. wink.gif

Betty on this forum has cockateils. In fact she breeds them. She has one male that talks. It is so cute to hear him talk.
