Anyone ordered from them?

I am getting very confused because:

lists this cage at 5/8" while the actual HQ site lists it at 3/4" and I have confirmed the spacing with both companies.

Is the queen city place going to have a copycat cage? I am not concerned with the price difference (and both are free shipping), only that the bar spacing is actually 5/8ths from the Queen City place, and that is is not a "cheap" cage.

So, has anyone dealt with this company? What was your experience?

I've bought an HQ double flight from them. No trouble, quick delivery, friendly on the phone when I called to talk about available color.

You might ask each company to fax (or pdf) you a copy of the paperwork (assembly instruction probably).

I have 2 HQ cages. I just bought one of my cages a month or so ago and had no problems. I am pretty sure they are not copy cat cages. I am very pleased with Queen City Pets. This is the cage I bought:

The site was down when I was going to order and it must have been a sign because I found an AWESOME cage locally...I will post some pics when I get it all set with perches and toys. Right now I have some very low perches and the food on the bottom in bowls... should have some pics in the next week or so.

It is BIG.

I ordered Charlie's cage from them. It took several emails to get the guy to send me a route number. He was a rude fellow to deal with. After dealing with him I finally got the cage after 2 weeks. The cage was really nice and is still holding up well. Glad you found a nice one locally.
