when i go to get sncikers out of his cage sometimes he raises his sholders and shakes them up and down, and turns his head to one side and bobs excitedlly and sqwaks and i gues it is quakeing??? What does it mean cause i heard it meant he like you but he dosent want to be picked up then he seems agressive to me when he is doing that???

Quaking means the exact opposite of "leave me alone". It's the way babies beg for food. They will sometimes quake long after they have been weaned but if your baby is very young and doing it a lot, he could be trying to revert back to being handfed.

To see what quaking looks like, here's a good video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8RunqKZsq5g

So if he is over a year old and still doing it will it stop??? I watched the viedo and it is similar but different it is almost like he is yellilng at you when he does it......

I think it's more likely just excitement/anticipation at the idea of spending time with you. If he was being agressive, he'd more likely to lower his head a bit and hiss and/or threaten to bite.
