I have the HQ version of that cage with out all the ladders and shelves. I like the cage itself. and its not that hard to clean. However the thing I don't like about it is that there aren't separate doors for the food and water, you have to reach into the cage to change food and water. Which for the most part isn't a big deal unless you get some birds that aren't overly friendly and get cage aggressive quickly.
I can't tell from that picture if the shelves are removable or the ladders but if they aren't, I wouldn't get the cage. Most likely they are but you never know. I would also check out the breeder doors closely and see how they are kept closed because if they are kept closed the way they are on the HQ cage a crafty quaker could easily figure out how to get them open.
The only other thing about those type of cages and especially the ones with an upper and lower door is that it makes it hard to reach from front to back or the far corners of the cages to reach a bird if they don't want to come out And for me since I'm short and by myeslf its difficult to get perches connected to the back of the cage etc cuz I can't reach around from inside the cage with one hand and hold the perch while I'm trying to put the washer and wing nut on the outside.

But that might not be a problem for you especially since you have other family members that could help you.
If the latches on the doors are the type where they just slip through a welded wire slot and then just flop, I don't care for those either, too easy for a smart bird to figure out, of course you can put snap hooks or something like that on them; but personally I'd rather have ones that are a little more difficult for a bird to get open.
