If you are within easy traveling distance from St. Louis, MO, I encourage you to attend our parrot enthusiast meeting on Sunday August 3 at 1:30pm. We will have Dr. Jennifer Cira speaking about when it is necessary to vet, and disaster preparedness planning.

what size pellets should i be feeding rocky my quaker he eats small ones but someone told me he should be getting parrot sized in fact the one she showed me had a picture of a gray on it

Janie, if your quaker is eating the pellets, size doesn't really matter! Some fids like larger pellets to hold in their foot, others don't. If you have a 'holder' he may like larger pellets, but the small ones are just fine. It's great that your baby is EATING them!
