Hi,

6 weeks ago Puffy had stitches to close a wound on her chest caused by a fall from her cage, since then she's been wearing an e-collar. She had to have the collar replaced twice because she was chewing it.

Yesterday she went to the vet and finally she is BETTER! Her wound has healed beautifully and HER COLLAR IS GONE!!! She was so happy when it came off! She spent the whole day preening and had a bath when she got home.

I couldn't be happier, she seems so happy! She hasn't even tried to pick at her chest AT ALL, she is NOT BOTHERED BY IT AT ALL. I was so worried that she might start mutilating because she had been picking at herself before the collar went on, but so far so good!

I can't stop smiling biggrin.gif
