I saw they had adding machine tape at a Staples type store for $1 for like 10 or 15 feet. Is this ok for birdie use or do I need to get it from a specific sorce?

I am not sure where most people get theirs from but last week a cashier at Arbys gave me hers out of the credit card machine because the roll wasnt feeding through the machine correctly lol

We got about 10 rolls for a couple bucks at Staples and I'm think they are safe. I just rip off the beginning where they stick. I'm sure the 'bird ones' are just the same and they mark up the price!

You want to make sure that it is Adding machine tape...not heated or injet type paper. Plain ol' paper, and I wouldn't get the type that has two layers either because there is added chemicals to cause it to copy through to the second layer. I got my last package at Office Depot but I have since found a new outlet that I don't know if other places have it but ours is called Cash and Carry and its a store that handles resteraunt type products in bulk amounts and its a little different than the Costco or Sams club type stores.

Andie's mom is right....just to be safe we ordered ours from dr.s foster and smith. Elliot loves it and he has only been through 2 rolls since Christmas so it works well and lasts a while
