I think most of you know that I have been looking for work for awhile, since March after I lost my other full time job. I was doing ironing for $12.00 but since I moved the lady decided to do her own. I am still posting houses for rent to own and lease to own on Craigs list, but I only do that about 6 hrs a week @ $9.00 and hr. It helps, but it doesn't go far for my FIDS...LOL....
I just talked to my boss, the one I do the houses for and he informed me that they have just been approved for their license for Property Management. He asked me if I would like more hours, of course I said YES....LOL....I will be interviewing people for houses, showing and filling out paperwork. I will be getting significantly more hours. I think it is great since I never really wanted to go out and work. If I get 25 hrs a week, that would be perfect.

We haven't heard anything NEW about the move to Calif, but I have been working for this person for over 1 and half years and if he can keep me supplied with income, that will be great! He is a supper guy and what he is doing is paying for his "adopted children" to go to College from this extra money. He has adopted quite a few Black children from Africa. This Man has a very BIG heart!!!!!
