Do QP's molt at different times? What I mean is do they all molt fall/spring? Mollie is molting now and her last "heavy molt" was last fall. Does this mean she probably will not molt in the fall and will it be different every year? She just turned 2 in June and this is her 2nd molt.

Nope, I don't think there is a set time. Max is currently finishing up a light molt right now. In fact, most of my birds just went through a molt. So the spring/fall thing doesn't really run true for most birds who are in a controlled environment.
