i decided to change the siggy and as you can see ITS MASSIVE.
Any ideas on how I can make it a tiny bit smaller?????

Here's a couple of smaller sizes. There are places where you can resize them online but you also had the scanner bed as part of the picture so I cropped that part out.

Be sure to click on them and save the full size version instead of the thumbnails.

Here is a re-sizer you can use. Just save it in favorites to use any time you want to re-size a pic. Go there and click on "BROWSE" and choose the pic you want to change.

Looks like you got all the help you needed ..You should have Paint on your computer you can go in there to resize your photo`s..(just as a tip)..
