Why is Romeo doing this?He likes flapping his wings like this wasnt sure if its because hes getting more feathers in or what !

Flapping wings is good! He's exercising and that will keep him healthy.

both my qp's do this! lucky 4 u romeo doesnt screech when he does it!both mine do it whilst screeching and whilst upside down on their bungee ropes!! my grey only ever did this when on my shoulder before regurgitating so wait 4 that haha! cute video!

mine does the same thing. always sits on a certain perch, hangs on for dear life and flaps. usually for about a min at a time several times a day. i figured it was excecise.

mine does it when he is tired of being in one spot and wants to move to a new place. or when he is mad and wants to be picked up

im sure he is happy! if he wasnt u would defo know about it by now! qp's arent known for their subtleness :L
sounds like hes doing fine and just exersizing now and again! he may even do this as a way of showing off to his mommy! kind of like a mating dance! he looks very healthy and happy

my qp & i both loved your video. When C.C. saw it, he started to sqwak & flap his wings...he even went to the computer speaker and tried to eat the knobs! I love these birds!
