What is wrong with people? The craziest thing of all is that nothing was taken. They didn't even go out into the shop. I guess they figured they got all the good stuff the last four times. But what really makes me mad is they went through my whole office. Even the filing cabinets. 
They threw files and papers everywhere. I can't figure why someone would want to do something like that except out of spite. It's not like we're working on sensitive stuff here and someone would want to steal our secrets. We do site work and land clearing. So now I've got hours and hours of refiling to do. 
What really got to me was our lovely police department. It took them 3 hours to send out a detective to check everything. Then the guy calls me over and says that whoever it was, was wearing gloves so he had no prints. He also told us that they had staked out our place last night but he must have showed up after they left. Well that's easy to say after the fact. He also said they know who it is but they've done nothing. So all I got was another card with another case number to add to my collection.
