Oh Kate, that is great new. I admit, I feared for his life terribly when he first got hurt and each time you updated I gave a sigh of relief and my heart smiled.
He is so lucky that you were right there, right then and did everything possible for him. He's lucky he had a good vet and that you loved him so much that you cared for him so closely and nursed him back to this point.
You are both blessed to have come through this as well as you have. I am so thankful that he has reached a point where you can breathe a little easier and hope he continues to improve until it is ALL just a thing of the past.
I feel that moving around in his big cage some will give him the exercise he needs to get his strength back and if he needs to rest from it, you will take him back out to be with you. It seems to me he is getting the perfect balance of everything he needs. You are a good Mommy and he knows that!!!
Don't stop now. Please keep us updated until all is great and back to normal.
BIG HUGS to you and Odie!
