I decided to name him Ashen, for his color. God, does he look beautiful with his full coat back to normal. He seems to have very faint spots and stripes on him, though any pics I post won't do that any justice. you have to see him yourself.

We ended up moving from the five acres into a nice neighborhood and we are renting this house for a year. Maybe more. It's beautiful here, and all of us are settled so far. Ash has already adjusted and is usually happy to be outside on the back deck and chasing bugs and whatnot. He doesn't wander far off the yard at all, so that's good. The only thing that has frustrated me is that the collar I bought him is missing, and he's gotten it off before. This time I can't find it, and I looked everywhere outside. This was one of those safety collars, which means it will come loose if caught on something. So, my question is, anyone know of a collar that this cat can't get out of?

I also have to get him a new nametag as well. Darn. dry.gif

Here's the latest imagery. Enjoy.smile.gif

he is gorgeous, I dont think you should get a non break away collar due to strangulation hazards, take him and get him microchipped, then buy cheap collars and tags so that when he looses them you arent out of alot of money! (speaking from experience) lol

I just bought a new collar for one of my cats - it is a safety collar but it takes a little more force to pull it apart. I have a cat that figured out how to hook the collar on things and slip out of the break aways and the other safety collars that have the elastic in them. So far he can't get out of this one.
