Clyde's never let me really scritch his head. He'll allow stroking, up to a point. Try to scritch and you're sure to get a good hard nip. Tonight, he discovered how nice scritching is. He was tired and sleepy and feeling cuddly and I seized the opportunity and once I started, he was like, "OH! Oh, that's NICE." He turned his head this way and that and closed his eyes and almost purred. laugh.gif It was so cute. Stubborn little stinker. He was the same way about me stroking his back for a long time, too, until I caught him unawares and he found out it was nice after all.

Zazu looooves wub.gif scritches. He contorts, twists, purrs, his eyes sag and he leans into my hand. It is the cutest thing in the world when he fluffs his head feathers up and twists so I get the exact right spot.

Good for Clyde!

Yeah, I agree, when a qp gets into scritches, it's adorable. Simon was like Clyde for quite awhile, but now he loves his scritches!! I love when they pur too.
