I'm sure there has been other questions like this but I'm just wanting to know
when its mating time, what should I look out for? do I need to be careful with her
diet at all or add anything or take anything away?
she has started the backing up onto things process, including me, if she does it on
me I'll put her back into her cage. But then she'll do it to the ladder and anything else
she can back on. My other half gets screeched at all the time if he goes near here even
though they used to be the best of friends but here she is backing up on me! and for
some reason she has bonded with me more than him even though we spend the exact
same time together and swap all the stuff that needs to be done between each other
like feeding, cleaning and water filling.
I do want to breed her in the future
I maybe adopting one of Donuts grandeggs when the time comes
and if its a boy but obviously I'd have to wait until he matures
so do I need to make sure of anything to keep her healthy if she is "maturing" and
not getting any said action? can that change anything in them for the long term?
And with egg laying are their signs for this? she seems restless, more so I should say. She
is about ten months now so is that a bit too early?
many thanks for the answers,
Jess and Ness
