Boncuk did such a cute thing -- wanted to share! His flight feathers are growing in after a terrible cut last March, and he teeter/totter flies through the house to find me and sit on my left shoulder, I am thrilled that he can get exercise and that he gets to choose when he comes to me for a visit. (yes, I am careful and NEVER take him outside unleashed.) Anyway, he flew to one counter in my kitchen, then flew to the other side where I was preparing his breakfast. He landed on my shoulder, and bobbed his head up and down. I noticed he had something in his mouth, so put out my hand, and he dropped my ring into it., then bobbed again and said "Thank you!" So, he got his words mixed up but I don't think I've ever seen anything so adorable. Sigh. I LOVE THIS BIRDIE!
