Bathrooms is done- Have to take a picture of the light outlets and light switch covers for Julie because this is something she will drool over. They just came in.
My room is getting or has been going through a mini make over. Mister can't sleep in the same room with me because 1 I am up all night and 2 his back hurts so bad if I move he screams. He took the couch because it is more comfortable then the pillowtop serta sleeper we bought not long ago. His mom needs a matress and box springs so she is getting the new, her old it going to my neice with my bed. I am getting a futon for a bed/couch because I spend so much time in my room. I also got a new TV stand black, a coffee table black and if we can find room I will also get the black end tables that match. I am going to make a Coffee center out of the old TV stand might try to paint it black first, and my medicine cabinet which is actually an end table with oober room in the drawer and cabinet. One will hold my micro wave. The end tables we bought last time we re did my room will stay white, as will my food pantry (diet food) My fridge stays black and small until I can find someone who lives close who can buy it, so that I have a down payment toward a larger black one. This one is just to small since I load it with a case of water. We are basically turning my room into a one room living quarters. If I can get my SS I will see if one of my relatives will float me a loan or cosign one so that I can make the room bigger and turn it into a mother in laws quarter, but attached to the main house but seperated buy walls. Might keep one door to get to main house to help Terry out.
My weight loss is affecting Mister in a negative way right now and I feel he should seek out counsoling so that he can understand that I have lost a little weight but it is so much to me. I have my confidience back or at least it's getting there. I am taking on projects in the house such as my beautiful bathroom and my wonderful living quarters with my wall of love. I am putting together my portfolio, and am talking about writing again soon. WLS is a life long journey not an easy way to lose weight. Anyone who has surgery whether it is lap band or Full on GP, has a fitness routine that has to be followed for life and if the Doctors are good-you have to work out in their gym at least 2 times a week to make sure your working out. You have a diet or life style change for life. You will never be able to have things that are carbonated, sweets, caffine and so much more if you want to expect to not gain the weight back.
Ok Back to Mister- We are getting along really well which is good. But I am worried as I can see signs of depression stemming from being discharged with a disability from the service right at his 20 mark. He being a man, def, feels like he is not doing his part as a man. I and my counsoler think he could benifit from talking to someone about it. I brought it up in the car, and I am going to come out and ask him if he would be willing to try counsoling.
That's all I wanted to say all in all.
