I talked with Betty last night, actually I talk to her almost everyday her son in law has diabetes and a while back he got a really bad infection in his leg. He has been on all sorts of antibiotics and stuff. But the other day, on his other leg, his foot started turning black. He went to the Dr. day before yesterday and is on even more stuff. If the black spreads he will most likely lose his foot. The Dr. told him the other day that he needed to be in the hospital. Betty, her daughter and son in law have had so much go on in their lives in the last couple of years that this will just be the straw that broke the camels back.
Please say a prayer for Betty and her family, they just don't need anymore things to happen.

I've been wondering about Betty and how she's doing. They certainly have had more than their share of struggles in the past few years.

I just talked with Betty and it seems that her Son In Law is also having chest pains. He had open heart surgery back in 2000. Betty and her daughter are quite worried because he won't go to the hospital. They definitely need the prayers! I am going to go over and see if there is any thing I can do to persuade him to go in.

I am so glad she has such a good friend in you Sandi! Please tell her she is in my thoughts as well as her family. I hope you are able to convince her son in law to get into the hospital.

I went to Betty's today to see them and her son in law. Oh My Gosh! I have never seen anything like what I saw. He said if it gets any worse he is going in the hospital tomorrow. I just do not know how to even begin to describe it.

Betty's daughter took her husband to the hospital this morning. It has been about 3 hours or so since they went. Pray, Pray, Pray for him.

I finally talked to Betty's daughter, Gina.....the ER was waiting for the ex ray's to come back. The end result is Raymond (Son in Law) is spending a couple of nights in the hospital to see if they can get the infection cleared up. If they can't get the infection cleared up, then they will do surgery. But for right now he is being taken care of in a hospital, which is what HE NEEDED.....

Thanks for the update on Betty and her family. Yes they have been through a lot. They didn't need this for sure. They will be in my prayers.

Prayers continue and I'm keeping an eye out for an update.

Talked to Betty yesterday and it is too early to tell if everything is helping the infection or not. The only thing that worries Betty right now is MONEY. Her daughter has NOT been to work since last Monday. I don't know if her daughter went in today or not.
