So today was Bubbles first full day home with me. They told me at the pet store to hand feed twice a day a syringe full am and pm. I did that he ate just like at the pet store. Plus he had his pellets and the mix they feed at the pet store at all times in his cage. I also made a plate of veggies and fruit, he loves broccoli and almonds. It seems his poo is not the same as at the pet store though is this normal ? The formula I hand feed is a different brand then they used.

I am thinking that changing the formula brand from the Pet Store store may cause the change in his droppings. I know, that if you compeletly change a brand of food for a dog (from experience) that it messes with their digestive system and their poop shows it. It is recommended to gradually mix in the new food with the old so they can adjust more slowly. It may work the same in birds, so that may be the change you are observing????
