My green Quaker Parrot/Parakeet Papito has been lost since October 5, 2008 around 5:00PM. I know that I should have clip his win, but what is done is done and since them my other Quakers (seven Green and one blue) have been clipped. Today, looking to find other places where I could post my lost I find your website and register. I was able to participate in your live chat and comunicate to the members present at that time about my lost Quaker. Now I'm coming to you to ask for some help! I need to find the other member of my family, without him we are incomplete. Needless to say that his mate is very sad as we are as well. Now as a great community that you are I'm looking to get some help in order to get my baby back home. Papito is 4 years old, young adult male. He looks a little roght because he was building a nest and doing that he plugged all his feathers from both legs and part of his stomach from the wasit down hi looks like he is naked. I have posting in local papers (Port St. Lucie News) Craigslist, Flyers in local stores, reported his lost to the Humane Society and Animal Control of St. Lucie County, Port St. Lucie Animal Control as well as the one in Martin County. Unfortunately, as of today every lead that we receive if a false one. They are pretaining other birds that lost their owner or better yet other owner that lost their bird etc etc. etc. Papito was last seen flying to the backyard of Lucerne St. and Vittorio that is in the vacinity of Savona Blvd / Gatlin Ave. area in Port St. Lucie, FL . We need all the help we can get in order to be able to retrive our beloved member of our family. Reward will be given for information leading to his safe return.
