LOL....Pogo my caique is terrorizing the dogs at my house. We have 2 pomeranians that think they are big dogs, and know no fear....except when it comes to my little caique. They will gladly take on Shephards or Pitbulls, but forget it when it comes to a bird!!! (and I'm very glad of this...but it sure is funny!) Sunday, my son was here watching the football game and playing with Pogo, when Pogo decided it would be really funny to fly down on my female pom's head. She shook him off her head and he landed on her back...and rode her all the way into the bedroom. My husband was in the study which is connected to the bedroom, and all he saw was a white blur with a bird on back. We rescued him, and laughed till we cried, then he did it to my male Pom. Kirby was bucking around like a bronco and Pogo held on like a rodeo champ till I rescued him. Then today, my best friend was here with her dashhound, and all afternoon, Pogo has terrorized him by chasing him all over the living room. Oh is it just too funny to see a tiny lil birdie chasing a dog around! No worries for those of you who are thinking "OMG what are they doing letting the bird play with the dogs???" We never leave them unsupervised, and I am always on the floor with him when he does this. Next time I'll definately get it on camera. Today my camera battery was recharging, but I can't wait to film him doing this....just too funny!
