however, before we got louie, and when it looked like the lady wouldn't let me bring louie home, i contacted that place. he seemed pretty nice in emails. he's only about an hour from me, and rockford is my hometown, so it was definitely a viable alternative.
cheryl, if you are concerned about something maybe i could road trip down there and check him out? i'll be off the week of thanksgiving, and might be headed down that way to hang out with one of my BFFs for a day. eh, i don't follow directions very well apparently, so no PM.

I have ordered a few things from Cliff online but usually purchase from him directly at the monthly bird show.
I do know his health isn't great so if you are expierencing a delay he may be in the hospital again. I know someone comes in and looks after his birds when he is ill but I don't think they take care of the business end.

Cliff had a bad fall, & is in hospital, he broke 2 legs, & recently had surgery to put pins in his legs, He is in 1 of my bird groups, He is in hospital for 6-8 weeks i heard, I will try to see from the posts( in the bird group ) to see, who is taking orders. Susan

Thank you. I did make an order and I need it before Dec 10 at the very latest. Other wise the person I am SS for will be disappointed as her gift and the birds gift both were ordered through Cliff. I would appreciate you checking into it, so I can make other arrangements for a gift should I need to.
