im not new to birds, but i just adopted my first quaker
his name is Cosmo, i am so happy with him, he is 6 yrs old and well trained, talks alot and absolutely loves me. he has to be on my shoulder anytime he can be, loves to give kisses and preen me
he says lights out when he is tired and splash when he wants a bath haha and is potty trained !!!! (which i didnt believe til i saw it) when he is out, as long as i offer him a napkin every 10minutes he will poop only on the napkin, or if i place it somewhere he can access outside his cage. he is so loveable and snuggly, his entire head neck were covered in pin feathers and he is so excited for me to preen his head for him and get them off (they are all soft and ready to come off he just cant reach them)
I already have 6 budgies, which he is afraid of haha and they dont really seem to care about him, my budgies are so self absorbed lol
