So Clyde and I are sitting in front of Bonnie's cage trying to convince her we won't eat her, and I said "Hi, Bonnie!" and Clyde leans forward from my hand, looking at her, and makes kissing noises and says "Hi, Bonnie!"

Just as clear as a bell. I had no idea he knew that! Of course, he's heard it about a thousand times since we got her because I say it to her over and over, but ... !!!! I'll bet he can say all sorts of things I don't know about.

He wouldn't do it again and is probably appalled that he let me find out he could say it once.

Little green brat that he is. And he was clearly speaking to her. Amazing that these birds not only learn to talk, but to do it appropriately!
