I was just wondering if anyone else had a caique that talks? I didn't even realize that they would learn to talk. The past few days we have realized that Pogo says "step up"...and says it A LOT!!! It's not all that clear, but it's definitely "step up". Just wondering if it will become clearer, and if I should start trying to teach him other words?

I have 2 caiques. They arent known as very good talkers. But both of mine say 2 or 3 words or phrases a piece. It never hurts to work with them more if you have the time. One of mine says my parrotlets name...itty bitty bird. Off hand I cant think of the others i have heard them say. But it isnt much.

They can talk, but it is a really gravelly and unclear voice.
