I had this posted in another topic, but I thought the cuteness needed its own thread....
We still haven't made a decision, but I thought I'd show you guys our potential baby's picture...What do you guys think? 5 months old today (it's his birthday), and according to the breeder he is getting comfortable being around people and is actually mumbling a few words already...I've been looking at Amazons for months now and he is by far the most beautiful I've seen!

OMG, it's a Blue Front....They make me cry!
I had one for years and one day when HRH and I were at the barn riding, my house caught on fire and she died along with an absolutely precious little Tiel we had that loved EVERYBODY!!! My Blur Front was the best friend I ever had. She dies in 1978 and I can still cry when I think of her.

Blue fronts are great birds, but they can have quite an attitude as they mature...but they are great birds and great talkers

Beautiful bird!! I think the blue fronts are the most gorgeous amazons of all! I've never owned an amazon, but if you are ready for the noise level and not afraid of that beak, I say go for it!! The lady who owns the pet shop I go to a lot has a blue front and he is absolutely gorgeous, and says the funniest things....but he also bites, and bites HARD! She adores him tho, but no one but her can handle him even though he is around lots of others everyday. She brings a different bird of hers to the shop everyday and lets them sit out on the parrot stands, but when he's there, there is a big sign that says "I BITE...talk to me but don't touch!!!
