They show so many great parrots. Of course, my favourite is the little quaker. I saw him last year and the parrot conference, and he was a model for a first aid course. I am looking forward to this weekend. We will attend the workshop they mention (introduction to parrots) and another one on clickertraining.

That's where I fell in love with the quaker and registered here. That quaker was so good during the first aid course...I still don't have a quaker. I have budgies.

There are so many different parrots...I wonder how people choose. I never knew much about large parrots. That's why I have budgies. The internet opened a whole new world for me. I didn't even know quakers existed before I saw them in Florida....

What kind is the brilliant blue bird at the end? He's beautiful! Of course, they ALL are, but I never saw one like him before.

That beautiful blue parrot is a Hyacinth Macaw! They are gorgeous!!
What is that bird in the second photo down...with the rainbow colors on his belly and green wings? I have never seen a bird like that!!! Wow!

That is a hawkhead parrot. It is the same bird that is shown in the TV show. Sometimes he puts up those feathers...and that looks really unusual. I will try to get more pictures at the parrot conference tomorrow!!!
