I want to get a humidifier so that maybe it might help with the winter dryness for my birds. I don't know which one would be okay warm air or cool air. I spoke with someone at work about it and they said that one of them causes mold and spores which I think is bad to have, but not sure which one and which one would be good for my birds? Can I get opinions about humidifiers, warm air or cool air?

My Doctor told me cool air is best. I put it on when I'm home. My cat gets very dry skin if I don't. It is good if you have a cold too. It keeps your nose from plucking up -it really works for me. Stops me from getting dry skin.

Thank you, I will look into getting a cool air humidifier and just maybe it will help my cat with his dry skin too. My qp Billy seems to have dry skin since he has been plucking around the front of his neck area. I have him on Avi-calm and featheriffic and I also use the featherin on him and all this seems to be helping but I think if I had a humidifier it would also be good for all my birds and my cat, and help me as well. Thanks again.
