So I'm sitting at my desk, Phoenix in his cage right behind me, when suddenly he starts belting out extremely loud screams. Bloody murder screams that I only hear when I leave the room and he doesn't know where I am. First I think it's kind of funny, and ask him what's wrong. But he continues to let out these screams. After about 5 minutes I'm pretty annoyed now. Sitting on his swing screaming, then he moves to his calcium perch, and continues screaming. Finally I look over and see him starting to get into his semi-dirty(a couple poops) bath tub and I figure out what he wanted: Fresh bath water. All of that ruckess was for fresh bath water. I cleaned his bowl and filled it up and when I put it in his cage, he immediately went down into it, began bathing, and giggled the entire time(he has my giggle down pretty well)... /sigh Those Quakers...
Odd thing is that that this isn't the first time he asked for clean water, but he usually does so in a very distinct squak/song, which is the same song he almost always sings while he is bathing. But this time he decided straight up screams would be good enough to get the message across.

It was perfectly clear to him what he wanted...he just couldn't understand why you weren't getting it!

Yes, it amazes me how much he likes baths, and how often he asks for new water to take a bath(even when it isn't dirty, it just isn't deemed "fresh" in his eyes I guess). On the other hand, my gf's parrotlet won't touch a bathtub unless he accidently falls into it while running away from you.
