Does anyone know what kind of coating is used on this cage?

I have one that I bought from the woman who sold me my quaker. I really like the cage (roomy, playtop, and easy to clean) but i wonder if it could be a health concern.

The breeder that I bought my three QPs from sold the same cages with her birds. I just thought that was interesting. I did not purchase one. I do not know anything about the coating on it however.

I have this exact cage for my linnie. It is really nice. It's a powder coated finish according to the manufacturer. I bought mine in Ebay.
