Can someone tell me what happened to a thread I started a LONG time ago? It was Look what someone left in my driveway. It was about a sun conure someone dumped out and I read earlier today someone was wanting an update, so I thought later this evening I would give an update but it is no where to be found. Can someone tell me why or where its at???
Lately there has been alot of threads being pulled? Am I missing something in between here?
Not a big deal but was just wondering what is happening all of a sudden.

Hmmm--I sure don't know Julie--but I do know I have been reading the posts lately on that and I hadn't noticed it had disappeared until you mentioned....Sure hope you can get an answer....I wonder how it came back out to the front and glad it did....

Do you still have Sonny?....He/she is a beauty...Hope you get an answer......

Hmm?? Not sure...I was reading that before work and didnt get to read the whole thing...did you give the update??

Yeah I saw it for the first time this morning, and didn't realize till I got to the end that it was so old. Anyway....I can't believe someone left Sunny in your driveway, and hope that she (or he?) is doing well now. Only thing people leave in my driveway is trash, huh.gif and the only way I'll ever get the Sun or Jenday that I'd love to have is if someone does leave one for me!! Btw, he is a gorgeous bird!

I don't know for sure but the thread did stray way off topic this afternoon and it was probably deleted because of that. wink.gif

I didn't read the whole thing...did you keep Sonny?
Julies Jungle
I went back to give the update but it was gone. I di keep Sonny for a while but when he was left I was rehoming most of my birds due to my health. I kept him for a while but the lady who took my amazon, caique, and conure, took him as well. She ended up taking 4 of my birds and her daughter just loves him to death.
I thought it wasn't fair to keep him, being the new bird, and get rehome my ones that have been with me for years, so I rehomed him as well. Broke my heart but I had to do it for health issues.
Thanks for asking everyone and this posts was several months ago.
I am so sorry everything turns conflicting lately.

I too was surprised to see the thread brought back and now its gone? Weird.

Totally understand your thought process on Sunny...but you need to concentrate on your health and you've done what's best for you and what you felt was best for your birds.

Sure hope your health issues even out and you're feeling better.

Thanks for letting us now what happened with Sunny.

For some reason I think these things come in spurts. For a while there are lots of angry posts and conflict and then it all settles down again and everyone's happy. Part of the joy of belonging to a forum as diverse and richly populated and active as this one is. This is one of the most active forums I belong to and it's got good and bad but it sucks when the bad gets stuff deleted. sad.gif Glad you updated us though! Thanks!
