You should have PAINT on your computer if you open a picture of your fid in there you can crop the background resize and add clip art ..You just need to fiddle around with the different icons and figure out what they do ..I started in paint as as I mastered the tools there decided to buy Pain Shop Pro it came with animation shop and I just played around learning different things to do ..there is much more that can be done and every now and then I do something while fiddling and find something else ..Its addictive and fun ...
Good luck once you start you will wnat to keep at it...
