He sure can, my daughter showed it to me today and I thought all the bird lovers here would love it too. Funny how some birds like certain kinds of songs or a particular singer. I leave the radio on when I'm gone but I don't see any of my birds shaking their tail feathers yet, I must be playing the wrong kind of music, I may have to experiment and see what kind they like LOL. So far they don't like the oldies or the 70's.
