you have to just look at him until a name pops into your head... something that fits his personality. don't worry if someone else has the same name!!

i wrote down SO many names before "cricket" just popped into my head. he's actually not named after the insect or jiminey cricket. my favorite soap opera had a character named "chris" (my name) but her nickname was "cricket"... just seemed fitting for my green monster.

and i'll say it again... I LOVE BABY BEAKS !

My daughter's first quaker was T.C. (troubles coming) LOL I thought it just fit a quaker. You could go with that or I like Sprout too. He's just adorable. Been so long since I seen a baby quaker....uhoh.....feel that MBS starting again.....sure hope Babe & Ruth's eggs hatch this time!

Well, you are right, he does look like a Lima Bean, so Beanie would fit, but if this baby were a girl, looking at the food spills, Messy Bessy might be good.

I like sprout. His head feathers kinda look like the "hair" on theJ olly Green giants pal Sprout in the commercials Just adorable

Oscar, I don't mean to bust your bubble dear, but to me the seed skirts are just in the way and something extra to clean up...because seed is going to hit the floor no matter what...at least it did with Harley....I just took them off and put them up...
He also had a habit of climbing down his long cage so I tried the seed skirt to try and keep him from doing that, but the little green monster could manuver around the skirts anyway and down to the floor he would go....
Oh you have a lot to look forward to with that sweet thing....sometimes I wish I had another little baby but they grow up too fast...
I'm sure you will find the right cage for ????, how about Froggy or Sprout....you better hurry and give that baby a name; because he is going to be saying it when he hears you call him....if not out loud, it will be silent...
