Has anyone ever seen one of these before, or better yet tried one out? It is going for over $100.00 on some sites but I was able to find a few places to get one for under &40.00 wink.gif

The place I found it for under $40.00 is called livingincomfort.com, and at the moment they are having a special of 10% off that. Also overstock.com has them for a bit more but does the price match guarantee.

Wow, what a nifty idea!!! That would be a great, safe way to transport a bird via vehicle. It would be quite easy to drill a hole in the side to insert a perch too.

Yeah I was thinking by the looks of it I can just use one of his rope perches depending on the size of the slots in it. I just ordered one, so I will let you all know how I like it smile.gif

I have never seen that before but I think its a good idea!
It's totally worth 40 dollars. That's only a little more than the price of most carriers.

It looks like it is made here in VT too! I had just bought a normal carrier for when i picked up my baby and it was more than 40.00 (i think it was 47.00). Hmm? Maybe I should clean it up and try to return it, lol. Would that be wrong? It was only used once and he didn't make that much of a mess tongue.gif . Besides we already have a normal cat carrier I just didn't want to put my brand new baby in it as it was looking rather stained (its white).

Wow.. that is the coolest carrier idea I've seen. Bravo to the person who designed the holder for in the vehicle. Had to be a pet lover smile.gif

Cacophony
Okay... that one was designed by someone who has or had small people in the house as well. That base is almost identical to the one my infant carrier snapped into - you know, the kind that also conveniently snaps into the bucket of the stroller as well.

cool....

That is exactly what it looks like Cacophony! I absolutely love this carrier, I take him everywhere with me now and dont have to worry about holding on to the carrier anymore when we go around a corner or have to break abruptly. The only thing i don't like is that the door is plastic, if he gets bored he will start to nibble at it, but i found a solution for that (entwine paper through the bars) so not much of a big deal anymore smile.gif The little perches that look like branches fit perfectly through the slots on the side and the door, and the carrier is actually much more roomier than most cat ones.

That is about the neatest carrier I've ever seen. I have to get one of them.
