I was so pleased with my idea today, I thought I would share.

I made some birdie muffins....I got a box of cornbread mix, chopped fresh carrots and green beans, and also added about 1/2 cup of Zupreem pellets.

I cooked them all int he tiny cupcake tins...

15 minutes later....Birdie muffins.

I put many of them in the freezer for a later date..and took three to the boys...(such cute mini muffins)

Pepper, the orange chin ate his right away...all of it.

Tobi the Parrotlet, that normally only eats seeds...ate it all up!

and Loki, the Quaker, yep, he loved them too.

Way too easy and wow, you could get so creative with this idea.

Give it a shot, it really was super simple smile.gif

Glad to hear it was such a hit!!! Birdie bread (or in this case, muffins biggrin.gif) are a great way to hide lots of good stuff that some birds may not usually eat.
