I am new I have had racal for about a month now and he still won't get up on my finger he is calm while carrying him on my shoulder and if his cage is lowered he will get right on my finger and say up...lol he's a clown and the love of my life. I trianed birds when I was younger and fell in love with a quaker but racal is stubborn.
