As recently as last night, Henry was still running from my hand most of the time. He would let me chuck him under the chin and he'd come over and sniff me if I held very still, but if I so much as thought about twitching, off he'd go and hide. Tonight he let me move my hand as much as I wanted and just went about his mousie business and he came over and sniffed it and then he crawled into it and let me hold him! I even moved my hand while he was in it and he didn't mind a bit.

He still won't let me pet him, but I'll bet he will soon since he'll sit in my hand now. And it was HIS idea to sit in my hand.

One step at a time they say soon you might be able to pet him
