Well it has been two days since I picked up Elvis.. He is doing great so far, still have a long ways to go on the biting but once you get him out of his cage he is fine..
He has this very contagious laugh, I nearly cried from laughing so hard when he started laughing. Then this afternoon I was joking around with my husband and I can't exactly remember what it was that I had said to my husband but Elvis went to laughing and I'll be darned if he didn't call me a booger head and went to laughing again..I can stand at his cage and talk to him and he will call me a booger head..
I told my husband not to say that around him because he thinks that it is cute and he will continue to
laugh about it and say it..
Mater doesn't know what to think about Elvis just yet, he knows he don't care for him and poor little shylo just accepts it and goes on..
Elvis has been a joy, even tho he bites me like crazy, but he will let my husband get him out of the cage.
We go in the morning to get his wings clipped and I'm taking mater as well.. I ust got to find away to not get bit!!
He doesn't know how to step up, I have to work with him on that
I don't think the ppl that had him gave him any fresh fruits or vegi's I put some in his cage and he went absolutely bonkers over it and ate every bit that was in his bowl...
I just wanted to let every one know how he was doing...

Thats great news...Don`t forget to make a big fuss over Mater and always first so he doesn`t resent Elvis forever and accepts him into the flock....
