Hubby went and picked up the Nanday for me.... Do not know the age of the bird only he is a male. He does not have a name. The little guy is a bitter. I have him quarantined from my flock. I do know he was in to small of a cage for him as a bird that never got out of the cage. No wonder the guy bites.... Also lived on a diet of Walmart bird seed... Put him immediately on Kaytees conure food, he seems to like it so far as I can tell from the opened seeds from it. Placed a mirror in the cage for him and he sits next to it and is really animated with the birdie in the mirror. I will ask him if he likes the pretty bird in the mirror and he starts bobbing his head up and down quickly I just die laughing watching him.... I will keep you all posted on his progress and will post pics soon.... Most likely around Thanksgiving when I have a break from school.

Please everyone help me come up with some names for this little guy to try out on him....

I had a Nanday years ago, he's name was Vincent. He would say Vincent, Vincent Bird all the time.
