Even after a big storm yesterday, no dripping. Woot! Next, drywall needs to be removed. Have safe place to take birds during it..

Yep! Snow was in forecast, but have saw none yet. Did have a big sized hailstorm on Thurday though.
Winter has officially arrived in the local mountains though. Here are 2 pics taken by hiking club member, taken on Wed at a place I hike lots to.
End of hiking season, beginning of snowshoe/backcountry skiing season. Actually, still not enough snow for that, would you believe?

PS. I heard it officially from landlady this morning, leak is INDEED fixed, they had found a big crack up there.

Absolutely GORGEOUS country you live in there. I'm no big fan of looooooooong winters, but I do like "real" snow. We plan to retire to BC, lol, also in the plans is a southern home so we can skip January and February!
