I can't say it bothers me any more than any breeding site does. I'm a little bit anti-breeding. Yes I've seen the egg adds to, that really does tick me off. Those people are looking for a quick buck that's for sure

As far as I know Quakerman is lligit...I think he is in Florida...I didn't know he and the wife were having a tough time right now...woozer....hope they will be better soon...and what great prices he has reduce these birds to.......

Sounds like a Quaker Mill....just way to many birds available.

Tom Nemerovsky is a well-known and respected Quaker breeder in Florida...I don't have a problem with him, he's done some amazing things with Quaker mutations. Just my opinion....

EDIT: Do I think Quakers should be bred just to see how many mutations can be created? No, absolutely not. I think Cockatiels and Budgies are overbred, and I don't want to see that happen with Quakers. However, they say that Quakers have the potential to be bred in all Budgie colors....that would be very interesting to see. And his albino Quaker is gorgeous!

This is to edit my previous post: I was wrong about the Albino Quaker....it has dark eyes, so it isn't Albino...but it's gorgeous!!!!
