Tom Nemerovsky is a well-known and respected Quaker breeder in Florida...I don't have a problem with him, he's done some amazing things with Quaker mutations. Just my opinion....

EDIT: Do I think Quakers should be bred just to see how many mutations can be created? No, absolutely not. I think Cockatiels and Budgies are overbred, and I don't want to see that happen with Quakers. However, they say that Quakers have the potential to be bred in all Budgie colors....that would be very interesting to see. And his albino Quaker is gorgeous!
