My name's Leigh I'm married with three kids 10,7 and 4 months. I'm newer to the internet than I am to Crackerjack.
Crackerjack crash landed on our terrace about 6 months ago. We have wild Quakers living in a big 100 plus foot palm outside of our house. He sustained no damage (from the crash or the string of cats we have knocking about) and is very easy to handle albeit a bit noisy if any cats come near his perch out side. He's already starting to mutter a few phrases ie; Get to bed! and thankyou. He's not too clear but understandable. The vet doesn't think he's a young or previously tame but he is very friendly towards me and ignores most others and the kids. I hope to learn more about these as he's by far one of the most interesting pets I've owned. smile.gif

Welcome to the forum, Leigh & Crackerjack!
I agree, what a great story of how you came to love your quaker! Would love to see pictures of him as well as that palm tree!
