i have to start off by saying what a great forum this is. i have found lots of great information for my little guy.
His name is Connie, im actually not sure if he is even a boy but till i find out, hes a he lol. Connie is about 4 months old, i got him when he was 11 weeks and he has been such a joy to have.
I previously had a Quaker for about 4 years, his name was Dennis. I learned the hard way that no matter how much your little guy loves you, given the opportunity to fly away...he will. One day we had him in his cage on our back deck, and my sister went to put food in his cage and he bit her and flew way. His wings should have been plucked
. It was heartbreaking to loose Dennis, it was like losing a member of the family. He was amazing!! super funny and talked up a storm! I still miss him all the time.Well going back to Connie. He is such an adorable little thing. He's super sweet!! He loves to give kisses and to laugh and he says Hi, Lucky (my dogs name), guazaaap (whats up), pico pico pico (kiss kiss kiss in spanish), and yummy.
He's a little attached to his cage, and doesnt really step up all the time but we're working on it.
