Quincy's Slave
Quincy loves them! I know almonds or walnuts are better choices but are pecans OK too?
Majj
I don`t see why not .....all nuts in moderation are fine I think , my boys love unsalted cashews the best .. smile.gif
Quincy's Slave
Quincy isn't a fan of cashews which is OK since I'm a huge fan!! If I had them in the house I'd eat them all blush.gif Hid vet actually prescribed them once when he had a bacterial infection, I can't remember why exactly but I think they have some sort of natural anti fungal properties
maxsmom
I mix cantalope seeds and pecans together. Max likes the seed better, but he chews on the pecans sometimes.
Uncle Zippy
I feed pecan pieces with my weekly nut day. Never had any issues. Most seeds contain fat to differing degrees. I'm not sure where exactly pecans fit on the list as far as fat content, but with moderation, I don't think they are a problem.

Besides who are you to deny Sir Quincy from his treats. smile.gif
